2. Services Provided

• Paid services for distributing resumes to potential employers.
• Optional Talent Network participation for those who consent.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to interfere with the platform.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
• Refunds: Orders may be refundable only if services have not yet been performed. Once resumes have been distributed or campaigns launched, refunds are not available.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee job placement, employer responses, or hiring outcomes. Our role is limited to resume creation, distribution, and—if opted in—introducing you to recruiters.

6. Intellectual Property

• All site content, branding, and tools are owned by Shop My Resume.
• You retain ownership of your resume content but grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the last 3 months, or (b) $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shop My Resume and its operator from any claims, damages, or disputes arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A. Disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration in Austin, Texas. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the new Terms.
